Do I need a trust?

There are different ways to avoid putting your assets into a costly probate. A trust may be one, but it is not always the most cost-effective option. We will discuss and, if a trust is necessary, I can provide references for attorneys who are experts at drafting trusts.

Settling & Administration

After a loved one has passed, the work begins. Whether they had a trust that needs to be administered or other estate work, there are forms to be completed. We can figure out what needs to be done and assist you in completing the work.
